Feel right at home when you experience my outdoor gym facility. I  always have time to answer your questions and give you advice to help with your workout routines and/or weight management goals. 


 This is a home-based fitness club, located in Kea'au, Hawaii.  I had a dream to one day owning my own business that would serve my community in a way that would help them to live longer, happier, and healthier lives.  So when the opportunity arose in 2011 to own a franchise in the health and wellness industry, I jumped on it!  I started living my dream! After retiring from the franchise industry I decided to continue my dream by opening my own fitness club at my home in Keaau.


There's a multitude of reasons why a person looks into fitness, dieting or adjusting their lifestyle. It can be as simple as wanting more energy or training for a marathon, to as complicated as medical reasons.  The most important thing is that people should always do these acts of self-betterment for themselves, not for anyone else.  Self-love gives you more confidence in your day-to-day life as well. It gives you more confidence when interacting with others or when trying new things for the first time. When you’re motivated for the right reasons, going to a fitness studio suddenly doesn’t become a chore or something to be embarrassed about, it becomes something that you are doing for yourself because YOU ARE WORTH IT.


The hydraulic system that she has reacts to the level for force you provide to engage the target muscles. The more force you apply, the greater resistance the machine supplies. The machines are common in training facilities geared toward quick-tempo circuit training. Hydraulic machines theoretically provide as much resistance as your body can produce. This makes hydraulic machines more dynamic, and the simplicity of this makes it ideal for the speedy demands of intense circuit training. If you don’t have to fumble to reconfigure the weight constantly, you’re spending more time working out. 


Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.
